We were approached with the challenge of revamping a bad customer experience caused by a poorly managed Magento platform plagued by ever-increasing technical obstacles, from incorrect stock levels to slow site performance, and high operating costs.
Facing immense time pressure from a 12-day deadline, our team scoped out the improvements we wanted to see as we set out to rebuild the site from scratch.

The effort was an extensive re-platforming of their e-commerce and backend system, moving the site to a completely new infrastructure and migration of customer and product data.
