Insight

It all began when fellow sneaker collectors Peter Jansson and Erik Fagerlind launched Sneakersnstuff first physical store back in 1999, which was followed up the launch of their e-commerce site.

Shortly after, they approached Panagora for a complete overhaul of their system, which was suffering from a host of problems including a lack of stock integration and a poor content management system. The project was the first e-commerce store ever created by Panagora, and the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration between the two companies.

Idea

To tackle the issues of poorly managed stock levels and content management, we developed a proprietary e-commerce platform to handle the dynamic inventory, which led to better usability and higher customer satisfaction.

In 2003, we helped SNS to make their foray into the Asian market in countries such as Korea and Japan. Seeing an increase in mobile traffic and anticipating a growing demand for mobile access, we developed a mobile-optimized site to satisfy their mobile customers. Since then, we've continuously worked on improving and optimizing the site's performance to handle the ever increasing traffic load.

Impact

Sneakersnstuff is now a reputable company growing from strength to strength, with a strong brand and following with customers from over 90 different countries. In our collaboration over the years, our effort have helped them to

  • Increase revenue and reach of target group, as they grew from one store in Stockholm, to stores in Malmö and London as well.
