Having noticed the shift in behavior towards online donation, the Swedish Red Cross approached us with a challenge to develop a strategy and execution plan to simplify the donation process for their donors.

Accessibility and ease of use were crucial — we knew our solution needed to match our target group's online behavior, and provide them with the simplest possible way to donate. Hence, we developed a new concept and design to build a responsive online store. The store was built by Ciber, and implemented on EPiServer Commerce.
In time for the holiday season in 2013, Swedish Red Cross launched a new responsive online store. The store offers the donors to "buy" into different types of donations: mosquito nets, ambulances and health clinics, ranging from just 50 SEK up to a 250,000 SEK.
